Jonathan Ravera Chion

Born to an Italian father and a Seychelloise mother in a tiny village near Turin, I spent my first 12 years at school and playing in my parent’s Chinese restaurant. Constantly with our clients I developed a natural understanding of needs and courtesy towards them.

In 2003 I successfully concluded my studies at the “Istituto Superiore per Geometri G. Cena” in Ivrea as a Surveyor. Before going on to University I spent 6 months working in London, in order to improve my Language and get acquainted with the anglo-saxon culture.

2004 I enrolled to the Politecnico Institute of Turin address Architecture

2005 First  work experience in the prestigious Studio Rolla in Turin to better understand project design in a high level architectural studio.

During this period I met and interacted with several architects, but there was one in particular who possessed the art of architecture in his hands Massimo Raschiatore

As soon as the work experience concluded I began work at  MRA Studio for Massimo Raschiatore (part time) and at the same time working on my Master Degree in Architectural Design at the Turin Polytechnic . The combination of work and study permitted me to sink into the project designing world applying my findings to a small renovation project of my own property in Torino, creating a Mini-loft suited for a young professional. Presently being leased.

I concluded my studies in March 2011 designing a Multifunctional Interactive Culinary space. The building by day was a Taste University transforming into a restaurant Shop by Night. Situated in Saint-Germain-Des-Pres Paris.

In November 2012 I moved to Melbourne and since then I've been working for different firms such as:
